The Poorest Rich Kid
I tried to control my tears but couldn’t. . . . Because it’s very difficult to control something that happens unintentionally…
You don’t need to be rich to be generous. If you have feelings for humanity, you are generous…
Emotions and feelings can’t be translated neither one could explain in words. Being a so-called writer I am trying to share my feeling in words as much as possible.
While scrolling Facebook and checking notifications like an everyday routine, I just click on a video and start watching it.
A kid was feeding a cat with milk and was so happy doing that. The one making a video of that kid asked,
Hey, What are you doing??
Replied: I am feeding a cat with milk she is hungry.
From where did you get that milk? Do you have money?
Replied: Yes, I sold collected empty bottles and had 30 rupees so I bought milk for this cat.
How did you know she is hungry??
Replied: She was screaming Meow Meow so I thought she would be hungry & bought milk for her.
Do you have money for yourself??
Are you hungry?
Replied: Yes but she was much hungry :’( That’s why I feed her first. I’ll collect more bottles and will sell them to feed myself…
That’s what I consider true generosity: You give your all, and yet you always feel as if it costs you nothing.
- Simone de Beauvoir.
Believe me, when he said she is much hungry. I couldn’t stop my tears.
Just see the level of generosity of that kid. He proved that you don’t have to be rich to help humanity, you just have to be a good person.
To show generosity towards people is a noble quality. In order to be generous, one must have kindness and a sense of giving.
I want write more but can’t….
